Allergens & dietary options
Dairy is in lattes, mochas, breves, cocoa and matcha. Almond syrup and almond milk are the usual sources of nuts, and some syrups and sauces may contain soy. Gluten is rare in drinks but possible in baked add-ons. Stands share equipment, so cross-contact is possible, and you should tell your barista about any allergy before ordering. 7 Brew kids menu
7 Brew has no separate kids menu, so you have to ask for a caffeine-free build. The easy picks are fizz sodas, fruit lemonades with no tea or energy base, and smoothies or shakes for older kids. Ask for "light sweet" to cut sugar, since the default sweetness is made for adults. Espresso drinks and 7 Energy are not recommended for children. Full list: 7 Brew for kids.
Rewards & gift cards
The 7 Brew app and its 7 Brew rewards program are free to join. You earn about 1 Brew Buck (point) per dollar, but you need to scan at the window when you pay, because points can't be added later. Members also get a free drink in their birthday month.
